With my empathic, reflective and open style, I can help you identify the difficulties, goals and intentions that you wish to work on for your desired adjustment and change. I am a UKCP, UPCA & SNCPS accredited clinical existential psychotherapist partnering with you to explore a broad range of themes, dilemmas and impasses within your lived experience. I am trauma informed, and grief and loss trained, having worked in private practice and NHS IAPT with a particular interest in anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, identity, family and relationships.
I hold a Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy from the Existential Academy in London that focused on gender and sexuality, family systems, CBT and existential and humanistic approaches to living, and an MSc in Psychotherapy Studies from Middlesex University, UK, which focused on relational conflict, personal change, the lifespan, well-being, health and illness, and social, cultural and ethical issues.
I am based in the UK and work with clients all over the world having had a career in professional and personal coaching and global human resources. I hold FCIPD status and a further Master’s degree that has allowed me to experience the world of people and the world of work.
